Returns + Exchanges

Please note we have extended our returns period until the 14 January 2019. This means that for any orders placed between 20th November and 31st December, you have until 14th January to complete your return. 

From 14th January 2019, our returns period will return to the standard 14 days.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

• Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.

• Miyu & Wolfe will not accept returns of any earrings that have been worn or have had their hygiene tags (applicable for certain earrings) removed. This is for hygienic reasons.

• Miyu & Wolfe is not liable for any lost pieces unless faulty.

• Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt

• Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Miyu & Wolfe jewellery. Please email us at sales@miyuandwolfe.co.uk prior to returning the item.

EXCHANGES

• We are unable to offer exchanges.

• If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order. 

• Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.

• We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail. Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
